These Terms of Service govern your use of the DiffAnalytics website and Legal Agreement Analyzer service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DiffAnalytics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
DiffAnalytics provides Legal Agreement Analyzer (LAA), an AI-powered contract review platform. The service includes document upload, extraction, validation, comparison, and analytics features as described in our product documentation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload documents you do not have rights to process
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
5. Intellectual Property
DiffAnalytics retains all rights to the LAA platform, including software, documentation, and trademarks. You retain all rights to your uploaded documents and extracted data.
6. Data Handling
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your documents solely to provide the service and do not use your data to train AI models.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
LAA is a tool to assist contract review, not a substitute for legal advice. DiffAnalytics is not liable for decisions made based on LAA outputs. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will end and your data will be deleted per our data retention policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
