Website visitors

When you visit our website, we collect standard analytics data including pages viewed, referral source, and device information. We use cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences.

Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, company, role, and message content. This information is used to respond to your inquiry.

LAA platform users

When you use Legal Agreement Analyzer, we collect account information (email, name, organization) and process the documents you upload. Document processing is governed by our service agreement and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide and improve our services
  • To respond to inquiries and support requests
  • To send service-related communications
  • To analyze usage and improve user experience
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Document Data

Documents uploaded to LAA are processed to provide the service (extraction, validation, comparison). We do not:

  • Use your documents to train AI models
  • Share your documents with third parties except as needed to provide the service (e.g., LLM API calls)
  • Access your documents except for support purposes with your permission

4. Data Sharing

We share data with:

  • Service providers: Cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud), LLM providers (Groq, Google), analytics tools
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

Website analytics data is retained for 26 months. Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of any business relationship plus 3 years. LAA document data is retained per your service agreement.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. See our Security page for details.

7. Your Rights
